1. Are all your products organic?
Yes! Koiffure Hair Essentials uses 100% organic, natural ingredients to create our shea butter products.

2. Why does the product look separated?
Separation can happen due to temperature changes during shipping, especially in extreme climates. Don’t worry—this doesn’t affect the quality! Simply stir the product to restore its consistency.

3. How and where can I use the shea butter?
Our shea butter is versatile and safe to use all over your body:

Hair: Apply as a deep conditioner or to seal in moisture.

Skin: Use as a whole body moisturizer, especially for dry areas - head to toe!

Lips: Smooth onto lips for hydration.

4. Is the product safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our shea butter is gentle and suitable for most skin types. If you have specific allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredients list or consulting your healthcare provider before use.

6. When do order ship?

Please allow 2 business days for processing in addition to you chosen shipping delivery date. For shirts, please allow 2-4 weeks as they are made to order.

Return Policy:

At Koiffure Hair Essentials, customer satisfaction is our priority! However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged item, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy:

Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
